Massey Ferguson 8.01.23 – HITCH: Rear Hitch Depth Control Dial Signal Voltage Issue

The signal voltage coming from the rear hitch depth control dial (a potentiometer located on the operator's console or armrest) is outside of its expected operating range.    Disconnect Power

   Turn off the tractor ignition and disconnect the negative battery cable to prevent electrical shorts during the repair.

   Access the Console

   Carefully remove the trim panels or armrest cover to access the underside of the hitch control panel (often referred to as the "mouse" or side console).
