   Check hydraulic fluid level and condition for low fluid or contamination (dark, burnt smell, or milky appearance)

   Inspect the hydraulic control valve solenoid connectors for Valve 1 to ensure they are fully seated, clean, and undamaged

   Inspect the wiring harness leading to the valve module for chafing, breaks, or shorts

   Perform a system pressure test using a hydraulic gauge to rule out a failing pump or blocked hydraulic filter restricting flow

   Fluid Maintenance

   If the diagnostic check revealed degraded fluid, drain the system, flush if necessary, and replace the hydraulic filter and fluid (using approved UTTO fluid).

   Connector Repair

   Disconnect the electrical connector at External Hydraulic Valve 1. Clean the contacts with electrical contact cleaner. If the connector is damaged, splice in a replacement pigtail connector.

   Solenoid / Sensor Replacement

   If the wiring is intact but the code persists, the issue likely lies within the valve's solenoid or the spool position sensor. Remove the retaining screws on the solenoid/sensor cap of Valve 1 and replace the faulty electronic component.

   Clear and Test

   Once the physical repair is complete, use a compatible diagnostic tool to clear the error code from the system. Cycle the tractor and test the External Valve 1 remote for normal operation.
