Massey Ferguson A.3X.18 – TRANS1: External Hydraulic Valve 3 Issue

Malfunction in the circuit or operation of the tractor's third external hydraulic remote (spool) valve. This can be caused by an electrical connection problem at the valve solenoid, a mechanical sticking of the spool, or a failure to build/hold pressure due to internal leaks.

   Check the hydraulic fluid (UTTO) level and condition. Look for dark, burnt, or milky fluid (which indicates water contamination).

   Inspect the wiring harness and electrical connector at the #3 external hydraulic valve. Connection problems on the hydraulic valve are a primary trigger for these codes.

   Test the system pressure with a hydraulic gauge at the quick couplers to determine if the issue is isolated to the #3 valve or if it is a system-wide pump/relief valve issue.
