Check the cause
Locate External Hydraulic Valve 4 at the rear remote stack.
Inspect the electrical harness and connector plugging into the valve's solenoid for corrosion, backed-out pins, or wire chafing.
Test the voltage/resistance at the connection to rule out a wiring fault versus a failed valve solenoid.
Repair steps
Depressurize hydraulic system
