   Inspect the wiring harness and the electrical connector at the #5 external hydraulic valve at the rear of the tractor for corrosion, moisture ingress, or broken wires.

   Perform a swap test by exchanging the electrical connector from Valve 5 with an adjacent known-good valve (e.g., Valve 4). Clear the codes and cycle the hydraulics. If the fault code changes to the adjacent valve, the valve head is faulty. If A.50.11 persists, the issue is in the wiring harness or TCU.

   Verify the pilot pressure control for the electric spool valve is functioning properly.

   Depressurize

   Turn off the tractor and cycle the hydraulic levers/joystick to relieve all hydraulic pressure in the system.

   Disconnect

   Unplug the electrical harness from the #5 external hydraulic valve.

   Remove Valve Head

   Unbolt the faulty electric spool slice from the main hydraulic block assembly. Be prepared to catch residual hydraulic fluid.

   Install New Part

   Mount the new electric spool slice, ensuring all O-rings and seals are properly seated. Torque the mounting bolts to OEM specifications.

   Reconnect

   Plug the electrical harness back into the new valve.

   Programming

   The new electric spool slice must be programmed and calibrated to the tractor's TCU using the AGCO Electronic Diagnostic Tool before it will function.
