   Check the wiring harness and solenoid connectors on External Valve 5 for connection problems

   Verify the UTTO hydraulic fluid level and check if the fluid is dark, smells burnt, or has a milky appearance indicating water contamination

   If the fluid is fine, test the system pressure with a hydraulic gauge to determine if the issue is isolated to the valve itself, or if there is a broader pump or restriction issue

   Inspect the valve block, quick couplers, and associated hoses for external leaks or seepage that could cause a pressure drop

   Fluid Maintenance

   If the fluid is contaminated, flush the system and replace the hydraulic filters.

   Valve Rebuild

   Remove the affected spool valve (Valve 5). Strip the valve to inspect the internal components. Replace the gaskets, O-rings, and seals using an OEM repair kit. Ensure that internal components like the collar on the end of the spool and the tension springs are intact and not missing.

   Valve Replacement

   If the valve housing is scored or the solenoid has failed internally, the entire spool valve or solenoid assembly must be replaced.
