Check the cause

  1. Check hydraulic oil levels and ensure the correct oil viscosity is being used.

  2. Inspect the system for blocked filters or suction leaks.

  3. Check for internal leakage in the lift cover, cylinders, or the valves themselves.

  4. Inspect the coupler, spool valve, auxiliary valve, and implement hoses for physical damage or connection issues.

  5. Check if the hydraulic valve is physically stuck or clogged, which can cause slow response times or complete system failure.

Parts you might need

(1)
  • External Hydraulic Valve / Hydraulic Directional Control Valve

If replacing the valve, ensure it matches the flow rate (e.g., 100 l/min) and voltage (12V/24V) requirements of the specific tractor model's open or closed center circuit.
