Check the cause
Inspect the electrical wiring harness and connector going to External Hydraulic Valve 6 for corrosion, bent pins, or breaks
Check the tractor's hydraulic fluid levels and ensure there are no external leaks around the valve block
Use a compatible Massey Ferguson diagnostic tool to clear the code and see if it returns immediately (hard fault) or intermittently
Repair steps
Repair or replace wiring harness/connector
Repairing or replacing the damaged wiring harness/connector leading to Valve 6.
Replace external hydraulic spool valve
If the electrical connection is sound, the external hydraulic spool valve itself (or its electronic solenoid actuator) must be replaced.
