Issue description
Indicates a malfunction, connection problem, or failure within the circuit of the tractor's 6th external hydraulic remote valve.

Check the cause
Check the hydraulic fluid (UTTO) level and condition. A hydraulic filter that is 70% contaminated will severely reduce oil flow and force the system to work harder.
Check for aeration in the system (often occurring after filter replacements or hose repairs), which causes vibrations, spontaneous cylinder action, and erratic valve behavior.
Inspect the external control valves, quick couplers, and wiring harnesses for Valve 6. Look for physical leaks, damaged seals, or disconnected electrical solenoids.
Perform a manual valve test by manually moving the pump control valve lever back and forth to see if a stuck valve releases.
Repair steps
Attempt Manual Release
If the valve is physically stuck, try to release it by manually moving the control valve lever back and forth, or by repeatedly cycling the lift arms/remotes.
Access the Valve Block
If the valve remains unresponsive or the electrical fault persists, access the external hydraulic valve block.
Remove and Clean/Replace
Remove the specific control valve (Valve 6) from the assembly. Clean the valve chamber and inspect the internal seals and solenoids. If the valve or solenoid is burnt out or scored, it must be replaced.
Flush and Filter
If the failure was due to contamination, flush the contaminated hydraulic fluid from the system.
Reassemble and Bleed
Install the new valve, replace the hydraulic filter, and refill the system with fresh UTTO fluid. Bleed the system to ensure no air is trapped, which would cause further aeration issues.
