   Ensure the tractor has proper voltage during cranking and a strong charging system, as low voltage events can trigger false logic/software faults.

   Check the wiring harness leading to External Hydraulic Valve 6 for rub points, fraying, or pinched wires.

   Inspect the solenoid connector at Valve 6 for corrosion, moisture, or loose pins.

   Test the solenoid coil resistance and verify ground integrity to rule out an open circuit or a short to ground/power.

   Use a compatible Massey Ferguson diagnostic tool to view live data and confirm if the valve position or pressure is reading out of range.

   Retrieve and Verify

   Connect a compatible diagnostic tool to the tractor's interface to confirm code 0A.60.25 is active.

   Access the Valve Block

   Locate the external hydraulic valve stack at the rear of the tractor and identify Valve 6.

   Perform Electrical Repairs

   If the diagnostic checks revealed a wiring issue (e.g., harness rub points), repair the damaged wiring or replace the connector pigtail.

   Replace the Solenoid/Valve

   If the wiring is intact but the solenoid coil fails the resistance test, or if the valve is mechanically binding, remove the retaining hardware for the Valve 6 solenoid/spool assembly and replace the faulty component.

   Reassemble and Clear Codes

   Reconnect the wiring harness, turn on the tractor, and use the diagnostic tool to clear the DTCs from the onboard system.

   Function Test

   Operate the 6th hydraulic remote to ensure proper pressure and function without the error code returning.
