Check the cause
Navigate to the Datatronic 5 terminal (hydraulics page -> Valve 8) and verify that the hydraulic flow settings are configured correctly and haven't been zeroed out or locked
Inspect the wiring harness and the electrical connector at External Valve 8 for corrosion, loose pins, or broken wires
Visually inspect the physical spool valve body for external hydraulic fluid leaks, damaged O-rings, or physical damage to the couplers
Verify that the tractor's hydraulic fluid is at the correct level and free of heavy contamination
Repair steps
Relieve Pressure
Turn off the tractor and relieve all hydraulic pressure from the system by cycling the hydraulic controls (or using the pressure relief mechanisms on the remotes) before servicing.
Disconnect Electronics
Disconnect the electrical harness connector from External Hydraulic Valve 8.
Clean the Area
Thoroughly clean the area around the hydraulic valve stack to prevent dirt from entering the hydraulic system during removal.
Remove the Valve
Unbolt the faulty spool valve from the hydraulic block/lift cover.
Replace Seals/Valve
If the issue is a leak, replace the O-rings/seal kit on the mating surface. If the valve solenoid or internal spool is failed, replace the entire valve assembly.
Reinstall
Mount the new or repaired hydraulic valve and torque the mounting bolts to the manufacturer's specifications.
Reconnect
Reconnect the electrical harness to the valve.
Configure and Clear
Top up the hydraulic fluid. Turn on the tractor, navigate to the Datatronic terminal, and re-configure the flow settings for Valve 8. Use a compatible diagnostic tool to clear the A.82.11 DTC.
