Massey Ferguson AC33 – Air Conditioning Control Module: Input signal from the right-hand recirculation actuator is outside its operating range

   Back-probe the X450 actuator connector to verify it is receiving the correct reference voltage from the AIRCON module and that the return signal voltage changes smoothly as the flap is commanded to move.

   Disconnect Power

   Turn off the ignition and disconnect the negative battery terminal to prevent electrical shorts.

   Access the HVAC Unit

   Remove the necessary cab interior trim panels (typically in the roof console or under the dash, depending on the specific tractor model) to access the HVAC distribution box.

   Locate Component X450

   Identify the right-hand heating shutter motor (Component ID: X450) on the side of the HVAC housing.

   Remove the Actuator
