   Visual Wiring Inspection: Trace the wiring harness from the mid-mount valve block back to the module. Look for pinched wires, melted insulation, or chafing against the tractor frame that could cause a short to ground.

   Connector Check: Disconnect the plug at the affected solenoid. Inspect for water ingress, corrosion, or melted pins that could bridge the circuit.

   Coil Resistance Test: Using a multimeter, measure the resistance (Ohms) across the two pins of the solenoid coil. A reading of zero (or near zero) indicates an internal short circuit within the coil, confirming the solenoid is the culprit.

   Swap Test: If the resistance seems normal, swap the suspect solenoid coil with an adjacent, known-good coil on the same valve block. If the fault code changes to match the new location, the coil is defective. If the code remains B.00.15, the wiring harness or the module is at fault.

   Relieve Pressure

   Lower the loader to the ground, turn off the tractor engine, and cycle the loader joystick in all directions to relieve any residual hydraulic pressure.

   Disconnect Power

   Disconnect the negative battery terminal to prevent accidental shorts during repair.

   Locate the Valve

   Locate the mid-mount valve block, typically mounted on the right side of the tractor chassis beneath the cab.

   Remove the Solenoid

   Disconnect the electrical wiring harness plug from the faulty solenoid. Remove the retaining nut or cap screws at the end of the valve stem holding the solenoid coil in place.

   Slide Off Coil

   Slide the defective solenoid coil off the hydraulic valve cartridge stem. (Note: You usually do not need to remove the hydraulic cartridge itself, which prevents fluid loss).
