Check the cause

  1. Use a compatible Massey Ferguson diagnostic tool or interface device to confirm B.00.16 is active.

  2. Inspect the wiring harness connecting the Dash to the Mid Mount Valve Module.

  3. Look for physical damage, disconnected plugs, or corrosion at the module connectors that would interrupt the communication network.

Repair steps

  1. Locate components

Locating the Mid Mount Valve Module and the Dash communication ports.

  2. Test communication lines

Testing the communication lines (CAN bus) between the two modules for continuity.

  3. Repair wiring

Repairing any broken wires or replacing damaged connector pins.

  4. Replace module

If the wiring is fully intact and power/ground are verified, the Mid Mount Valve Module or the Dash itself may have an internal failure requiring replacement.

  5. Clear codes

Clear the DTCs using a diagnostic tool after the repair is completed.
