Issue description
The system detects that the calibration value from the suspended front axle position sensor (X166) is 'too low'.

Check the cause
Verify Sensor Values: Check the signal voltage coming from the X166 Suspended Front Axle Position Sensor.
Inspect Wiring and Connections: Check the wiring harness and connectors for the X166 sensor for open circuits, short circuits to +12V, or short circuits to earth.
Check Axle Load: Ensure the front axle is not overloaded, as this can interfere with suspension travel and calibration.
Repair steps
Relieve Load
Remove any heavy implements or front weights to ensure the front axle is not overloaded.
Inspect Component X166
Locate the Suspended Front Axle Position Sensor (X166) on the front axle assembly. Inspect it for physical damage, loose mounting, or linkage binding.
Repair Wiring
If the diagnostic checks revealed an open or short circuit in the sensor's harness, repair or replace the damaged wiring.
Replace Sensor
If the wiring is intact but the signal voltage remains out of specification (causing the calibration to read too low), replace the X166 position sensor.
Recalibrate
Run the suspended front axle calibration routine.
Dealer Intervention
If the 'Calibration in progress or failed' message persists, or if there is an internal 'Error in one of the components,' contact the dealer for proprietary software calibration or module replacement.
