Massey Ferguson T41E6 – Transmission Controller (TRANS) / EXT Lite: Transmission Internal Software Issue DYNA VT (TRANS) / Faulty programming
Issue description

Check the cause
Inspect the wiring harnesses and connectors at the EXT Lite transmission controller (X598 58-pin or X174 96-pin) for moisture intrusion, corrosion, or pin damage that could cause voltage drops.
Verify the earth/ground connection for the transmission controller (X176) to ensure poor grounds are not triggering internal software faults.
Connect an AGCO/Massey Ferguson dealer diagnostic tool to read the current software version of the EXT Lite controller and check for any accompanying CAN bus communication errors.
Repair steps
Software Reflash
Use the AGCO diagnostic tool to reflash or update the software on the EXT Lite transmission controller.
Module Replacement
If the controller rejects the software update, fails to communicate, or the code immediately returns after a successful flash, the EXT Lite transmission controller has suffered a hard internal failure and must be physically replaced.
Recalibration
Whether the module is reflashed or replaced, perform a full transmission calibration using the diagnostic tool to restore calibration data for the Drive Pedal, Clutch Pedal, and Transmission Turbo Clutch.
