The transmission controller has experienced a software corruption, a loss of calibration data, or an internal logic error that is preventing the Dyna-VT transmission from operating correctly.

   Connect the Massey Ferguson EDT via the diagnostic plug (X183 or X888) and verify software compatibility of the transmission controller with other CAN network modules.

   Inspect the X598 (58-pin) and X174 (96-pin) connectors on the EXT Lite transmission controller for moisture, corrosion, or backed-out pins.

   Check for accompanying CAN network interruption codes (e.g., T41A2) or sensor reference errors.

   Clear and Calibrate

   Using the dealer EDT, attempt to clear the fault code. If it clears, perform a full Dyna-VT transmission calibration.

   Re-flash the Controller

   Re-flash or update the software on the EXT Lite transmission controller to the latest AGCO software package.

   Module Replacement

   If the controller refuses to accept the software flash, drops the programming immediately after a reboot, or has suffered an internal hardware failure, the controller itself must be replaced.

   Post-Repair Calibration

   Whether the module is re-flashed or physically replaced, you must perform a complete transmission calibration before returning the tractor to service.
