Massey Ferguson T41EC – TRANS: Drive Pedal Not Calibrated DYNA VT (TRANS)

The transmission controller detects that the drive/throttle pedal's position sensor has lost its calibration values or is operating outside of its learned parameters.

   Check for related electrical faults (dashboard codes D133 or D134) which indicate a hard wiring fault rather than just a calibration issue

   Inspect the wiring harness connecting the X71 throttle pedal sensor to the EXT Lite transmission controller for open circuits, shorts to ground, or shorts to power

   Physically inspect the drive pedal mechanism to ensure it is free of debris and moves smoothly through its full range of motion without binding

   Calibrate the Throttle Pedal

   Connect the AGCO EDT (Electronic Diagnostic Tool) or access the tractor's onboard calibration menu (if equipped).

   Initiate calibration routine

   Initiate the calibration routine for the drive/throttle pedal (X71).

   Perform pedal sweep

   Follow the on-screen prompts to depress the pedal fully and release it so the transmission controller can relearn the minimum and maximum voltage sweeps.

   Clear fault code

   Clear the T41EC fault code.

   Replace sensor if calibration fails

   If the pedal will not calibrate or the voltage signal drops out during the sweep, the X71 sensor is internally faulty and must be replaced. After installing the new sensor, you must perform the calibration procedure again.
