This code indicates that the signal voltage from the Accelerator Pedal Position (APP) Sensor 1 is higher than the expected maximum limit (typically greater than 4.97 volts).

   Inspect the wiring harness and connector at the accelerator pedal position sensor for physical damage, breaks, or corrosion.

   Use a multimeter to check the sensor signal wiring. Test for an open circuit on the sensor ground and verify that the signal wire is not shorted to the battery or the 5V reference.

   Verify the controller's sensor input voltages. While operating the pedal, the voltage should sweep smoothly and not exceed 4.97 volts. A reading of 5V or higher confirms the OORH condition.

   Power Down

   Turn off the forklift and disconnect the battery to prevent electrical shorts during testing and repair.

   Locate the Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor on the accelerator pedal assembly.
