   Check the display screen and housing for physical damage, cracks, or signs of moisture intrusion

   Inspect the multi-pin connectors at the rear of the display to ensure they are securely seated and free of corrosion

   Verify that the display is receiving steady voltage and has a solid ground connection to rule out voltage spikes or drops

   Ensure the CAN High and CAN Low communication lines to the display are intact

   Cycle the key switch to see if the code is a hard (active) fault or a stored intermittent glitch

   Power Down

   Turn off the forklift and disconnect the main battery connector to prevent electrical shorts.

   Access the Display

   Remove the screws or retaining clips holding the dashboard bezel or steering column cover surrounding the instrument panel.

   Carefully pull the display forward and disconnect the rear-mounted multi-pin wiring harnesses.
