Brockhaus Heuer - HE 110160 - Magnetic clamping jaws

The protective jaws have a strong aluminum base body. The profile is right-angled and plane-parallel; the high accuracy of the HEUER vice is maintained. The integrated special magnets hold the protective jaws securely on the vice. Despite extremely high magnetic force, the magnetism does not penetrate to the clamping surfaces, so neither chips are attracted nor workpieces are magnetized. The jaws are made of aluminum with a hardness between copper and lead. 6 grooves hold the workpiece securely. A deeper groove serves for securely clamping thin shafts, pins, etc.
