Castolin - XUPER690 - Packet of 3.2 Steel Rods

The Castolin XUPER 690 is a high-alloy welding electrode designed for robust joining and surfacing applications on a wide range of challenging steels. It is ideal for high-strength steels, tool steels, spring steels, manganese steels, and for creating dissimilar steel joints. This electrode provides excellent mechanical properties, including a tensile strength of up to 850 MPa and a yield strength of up to 650 MPa, with an elongation of 25%. It produces a weld deposit with a hardness of approximately 250 HB. Suitable for AC/DC+ current and all welding positions except vertical down, the XUPER 690 ensures reliable and high-quality welds.
