CHEMPIOIL - CH8905DR - Fluid DCT 208L

A special synthetic transmission oil (contains PAO) for DCT - dual clutch transmission/DSG - Direct Shift Gearbox or 'robot'. It is not recommended for gearboxes with 'dry-running' clutch. It ensures a flawless operation of a gearbox, guarantees minimal wear, long service life, and fuel savings. Product features: - The unique PAO base with low viscosity of the highest quality combined with a multifunctional additive package retains all its properties over a wide temperature range: it ensures good lubricating properties at low (-45°C and lower) temperatures in winter and provides a stable oil film under extreme loads and high temperatures in summer; - The advanced combination of additives ensures good sliding properties for gearbox clutches and superior friction properties for friction elements, ensuring significant fuel savings, continuous and smooth gear shifting, and extending the service life of all gearbox elements (slip clutches, hydraulic servo drives, synchronizers, gear pairs); - It has increased thermal-oxidative stability and excellent resistance to thermal degradation due to high temperatures, allowing to increase the interval between oil changes and reduce equipment maintenance costs; - It effectively protects metal parts made of ferrous and non-ferrous alloys from corrosion, in operation and out of operation; - It successfully resists air entrapment and foam formation; - It offers excellent compatibility with sealing materials, preventing swelling, hardening, and shrinking and thus allowing a reduction in spare parts costs and preventing leaks; - It reduces noise. It is recommended for gearboxes in VW/AUDI, BMW, FORD, PEUGEOT/CITROEN, VOLVO, CHRYSLER, DODGE, MITSUBISHI cars and ZF gearboxes, as well as gearboxes in commercial vehicles that require a special oil with specified specifications.
