Product Description

This cross shaft transmits torque between the two universal joints in the driveline of the host machine. It connects the gearbox output to the input of the implement or axle assembly. A worn cross shaft introduces play in the driveline, causing vibration and accelerated wear on the bearing bores of the yoke. The manufacturer machines the shaft to match the original yoke bore tolerance, so no bushing shimming is required during installation. On reinstall, verify that the retaining clips seat fully in their grooves.
