Lithium technology Thanks to lithium technology and the advanced 5,6-W solar module, the device charges three times faster with daylight and offers three times longer operating time than comparable fence energizers. Gallagher's intelligent adaptive power control and patented battery management system ensure that the device also works in low-light conditions (up to 3 weeks without direct sunlight). Application recommendation Place the device with the solar module facing southwest and free of vegetation. Earth it with a 1-meter earth rod (00711063) or a 2 x 0,5m double earth rod (00711049). Do not place the solar device on the ground, but use the holder (00711048) to attach it to a post or earth rod or the stand (00711050), which can be driven into the ground and also serves as an earth rod. The red and green cables with crocodile clips for connecting the device to the fence and the earth rod are included in the scope of delivery. After purchase or storage, first fully charge the device for three days in daylight by placing it in the switched-off position facing south. Do this also if the red LED indicates that the battery is low. For long-term storage, store the device in a dark, dry and ventilated place.
