This V-belt transmits power from the engine-driven pulley to the grain unloading auger system. It sits in the drive loop that rotates the vertical and horizontal augers, moving harvested grain from the tank to an external wagon. The belt’s two ribs engage matching grooves on the pulleys to prevent slip under variable load during unloading. A worn or glazed belt causes auger speed fluctuation, leading to plugging or incomplete transfer. The manufacturer’s construction matches the original belt’s cross-section and rib spacing, which keeps tension consistent across the pulley set without requiring shimming or adapter sheaves.
