This V-belt transmits power from the engine or hydraulic drive to the grain unloading auger system. It sits in the drive pulley arrangement that rotates the vertical and horizontal augers, moving grain from the tank to the external unloading tube. A worn or slipping belt reduces auger speed, causing slower unloading and potential plugging in the tube. The belt is constructed with a wrapped cog profile to maintain grip under varying load and to resist oil and weather exposure. On replacement, verify the belt is seated fully in both pulley grooves and adjust tension to the manufacturer's specification.
