This filter set provides the three service filters required for the scheduled 250-hour maintenance interval on the host loader. The set includes an engine oil filter and an in-line fuel filter, each packaged together for a single service event. The engine oil filter mounts on the engine block and removes particulate from the lubrication circuit before oil reaches the bearing surfaces. The in-line fuel filter sits in the fuel supply line between the tank and the injection pump, trapping water and debris that would otherwise damage the injectors. A clogged fuel filter causes power loss and hard starting; a restricted oil filter can bypass unfiltered oil, accelerating engine wear. Using the manufacturer-specified replacement ensures the bypass valve cracking pressure and filter media rating match the original system design. On installation, pre-fill the oil filter with clean oil and tighten the fuel filter housing to the torque specified in the service manual.
