This micro-processor controlled LED CAN converter connects 13-pole lighting systems and supports CAN-BUS communication, preventing error messages when using LED lighting on CAN-BUS vehicles. It connects between the vehicle and trailer, does not require a continuous positive power supply, and operates without quiescent current to avoid burdening the battery. An integrated current limiter protects the LED lights, and in case of short circuit or overcurrent, the adapter automatically switches off for protection, with the CAN-BUS reporting the error; it resets itself once the issue is resolved.
