The Worm Gear SG075 is designed for use with electric motors of size 71 with a B5 flange. These compact drives have a gear ratio from 7.5 to 100 and are used for conveyor belts, lifting and rotary tables, and reel drives for hoses. This worm gear features a cast aluminum housing, a case-hardened worm gear shaft, a bronze worm gear, an electric motor flange adapter on the drive side, and a hollow shaft on the output side. Its dynamic efficiency is 0.60 and static efficiency is 0.36 at 1400 rpm, with performance dependent on temperature, speed, transmission ratio, and load.
