This stabilizer bar connects the lower lift arms of a three-point linkage, limiting lateral movement of the attached implement during transport and work. It spans between the lift arm and the tractor chassis, with a ball joint at each end that allows articulation while preventing side-to-side sway. The bar is adjustable in length to accommodate different implement widths and hitch geometries. A worn ball joint or bent bar causes excessive implement drift, reducing accuracy of mounted tools and increasing stress on the linkage pins. On installation, ensure the ball joints are seated fully in their housings and tighten the lock nuts to the specified torque.
