Hansa Flex - KP620 - Compact Hose DN19

The HANSA-FLEX KP620 is a high-performance compact hydraulic hose designed to meet EN 857 2SC and ISO 11237 2SC standards. It features an inner layer of durable synthetic rubber and is reinforced with two high-tensile steel wire braids, ensuring exceptional strength and reliability. The outer layer, also made of synthetic rubber, is highly resistant to abrasion and weathering, providing long-lasting protection in demanding environments. With a nominal diameter (DN) of 19 mm (3/4 inch), this hose is rated for a working pressure of 330 bar (4785 psi) and a burst pressure of 1320 bar (19140 psi). It operates efficiently within a temperature range of -40 °C to +100 °C and is suitable for a wide range of media including mineral oils, synthetic oils, water-based hydraulic fluids, water, air, and inert gases. Its compact design and minimum bend radius of 130 mm make it versatile for various hydraulic applications.
