HIFI Filter - SA17483 - Engine Air Filter Safety Element

This engine air filter safety element captures airborne particulate before it enters the intake system. It is installed as a secondary barrier inside the main air filter housing, positioned downstream of the primary filter element. Its function is to protect the engine from debris that could bypass a damaged or improperly seated primary filter. A compromised safety element allows unfiltered air to reach the turbocharger and intake valves, accelerating cylinder wear.
