The Kestra N67001413 KESTRA BLUE welding electrode is a rutile-cellulose coated electrode designed for general purpose welding of unalloyed steels. It offers excellent welding characteristics in all positions, including vertical down, and is particularly suitable for root passes, bridging wide gaps, and positional welding. The electrode provides a smooth arc, easy slag removal, and a finely rippled seam. It is ideal for assembly, workshop, and repair welding applications, especially where poor fit-up is encountered. The 3.2 mm diameter and 350 mm length electrodes are supplied in a pack of 125 pieces, weighing approximately 4.5 kg per pack.
