This tine is the replaceable working element for a rotary harrow. It mounts to the rotor carrier and penetrates the soil to break clods and level the seedbed. The single mounting hole positions the tine at a fixed angle relative to the rotor; a worn or bent tine reduces soil engagement and leads to uneven residue incorporation. The manufacturer machines the mounting hole to the same diameter as the original carrier pin, so the tine seats without slop and stays aligned during operation.
