This wireless LED lamp assembly provides portable area illumination for the rear of the host machine. It is a self-contained unit with an internal lithium-ion battery that powers the LEDs when no vehicle electrical supply is present, and recharges through the 7-pin connector when the lamp is plugged into the machine's lighting circuit. The magnetic base allows temporary attachment to ferrous bodywork or the rear mudguard without permanent mounting hardware. The lamp switches between battery operation and wired operation automatically based on the presence of supply voltage. When the battery is depleted and no external power is connected, the lamp will not illuminate. On reinstallation after charging, verify the magnetic surface is clean and the 7-pin connector is fully seated to maintain a weatherproof seal.
