The Kramp LC22487 Stud Lock 2701 is a high-strength, permanent methacrylate threadlocker supplied in a 50ml bottle, designed for locking studs and fasteners up to M36. This green-colored adhesive effectively prevents loosening caused by vibration and shock. It is suitable for use on all metal types, including passive substrates such as stainless steel, aluminum, and plated surfaces. The formula tolerates minor contaminations from industrial oils, including engine oils, corrosion prevention oils, and cutting fluids, ensuring reliable performance across a wide temperature range from -55 °C to +150 °C. It offers a fast fixture time on steel (10 min), brass (5 min), and stainless steel (15 min), achieving full cure within 24 hours.
