Loctite 5926 is a versatile, flexible silicone gasket maker designed for use on flexible flanges with machined or cast surfaces. This blue-colored sealant cures on exposure to atmospheric moisture to form a tough, flexible silicone rubber gasket. It provides excellent resistance to oil, water, glycol, and transmission fluid, making it ideal for various sealing applications in engines and machinery, including valve covers, oil pans, and timing chain covers. The product comes in a 100ml tube and offers a continuous temperature resistance from -55°C to 200°C.
