The Loctite LC142504 is a genuine Loctite 242 medium strength threadlocker, supplied in a 50ml bottle. This thixotropic, blue-colored anaerobic adhesive is engineered to prevent the loosening of metal fasteners, such as nuts and bolts, due to vibration and shock. It is suitable for use on steel, brass, and stainless steel up to M36 thread size. With a fixture time of 10 minutes and a full cure in 24 hours, it provides reliable performance across a wide temperature range of -55°C to 180°C. The product has a specific gravity of 1.09 and a viscosity range of 1200-5000 cP.
