LOCTITE® 2700™ is designed to secure at high strength and seal threaded fasteners for permanent locking. The product cures when sealed from air in closely fitting metal surfaces and prevents loosening and leakage from shock and vibration. LOCTITE® 2700™ is particularly suitable for less active substrates including stainless steel, aluminium and plated surfaces such as Zinc-Flake coatings or electrolytic zinc plated surfaces. This locking compound tolerates light contamination from industrial oils, anti-corrosive oils and cutting oils.
