LOCTITE 5331 (part number 2061034) is a high-performance, white, thixotropic methacrylate-based thread sealant. Specifically formulated for the reliable locking and sealing of both plastic and and metal pipes and fittings, it cures in the absence of air and in contact with metal surfaces. This sealant effectively prevents loosening and leakage caused by shock and vibration, making it particularly suitable for plastic threads. It offers a wide operating temperature range from -50°C to +150°C and can withstand pressures up to 10 bar on plastic pipes and 100 bar on metal pipes. Supplied in a 100ml tube.
