LOCTITE 561 is a general purpose thread sealant stick, part number LC38295, designed for the locking and sealing of metal pipes and fittings. This 19g sealant cures in the absence of air between close-fitting metal surfaces, effectively preventing loosening and leakage caused by shock and vibration. It offers robust cure performance on both active metals like brass and copper, and passive substrates such as stainless steel and plated surfaces.
