Mann Filter - WK8137 - Fuel Filter

This fuel filter removes solid contaminants from the diesel supply before fuel reaches the injection pump. It sits in the line between the tank and the high-pressure pump, protecting the injectors and pump internals from abrasive particles and water droplets. A clogged filter restricts flow, causing power loss and rough running under load; a bypassed element allows unfiltered fuel to reach the injection system, accelerating wear. The filter element is constructed to the original manufacturer's pleat geometry and media density, which maintains the correct flow rate and filtration efficiency for the fuel system it serves. Replace the filter at the interval specified in the machine's service schedule, and bleed the fuel system after installation to remove trapped air.
