This fuel filter removes particulate and water from the fuel stream before it reaches the injection pump. It sits in the fuel line between the tank and the high-pressure pump, protecting the injectors and pump internals from abrasive contamination. A clogged filter restricts fuel flow, causing power loss and rough running under load. Mann-Filter manufactures this element to match the original housing seal geometry and bypass-valve cracking pressure, so a fresh filter restores proper flow and filtration without altering system calibration. Replace the filter at the interval specified in the machine maintenance schedule.
