MANNOL AgroFarm U is a mineral all-season hydraulic transmission oil for tractors and other agricultural machinery with increased viscosity and high performance characteristics. Main purpose: oil for transmissions, including axle gears with 'wet' brakes and clutches. Also suitable for use in manual transmissions with and without synchronization, gearboxes (including power transmissions), rear axles, hydraulic systems (including those combined with a transmission), and other equipment that requires a 'Universal Tractor Transmission Oil' (UTTO). Especially well-suited to reduce vibrations and noise in 'wet' brakes and auxiliary drives. Meets the requirements of MASSEY FERGUSON tractors. Product characteristics: - Not to be used as engine oil. Not recommended for use as a Caterpillar TO-4 compliant transmission oil; - A special additive package extends the life of the friction discs of oil-immersed 'wet' brakes and clutches. Prevents clutch and brake slip and minimizes the need for readjustments; - A highly refined mineral base of the highest quality, with the addition of the latest additive package, which has an ideal viscosity over a wide temperature range and a high viscosity index, facilitates reliable operation of components under all conditions and allows significant fuel savings; - Due to its unique composition, it offers excellent anti-friction, anti-wear, and anti-galling wear properties that significantly extend vehicle life under all, even the most extreme, operating conditions in a wide range of ambient temperatures. High anti-galling wear properties extend gear and bearing life at high temperatures and high loads; - Provides good low-temperature properties for an easy start phase of hydraulic components, reliable lubrication at all ambient temperatures (up to -40 °C) and under all operating conditions; - Has unique oxidation stability and excellent resistance to thermal degradation at high temperatures, which extends oil change intervals and reduces maintenance costs; - Possesses excellent cleaning properties and effectively protects against sludge and abrasive deposits that damage oil seals; - Possesses excellent properties against foaming and aeration; - Thanks to the use of the latest generation corrosion inhibitors, it effectively protects metal parts against all types of corrosion. Protects parts from oxidation and rust formation. Minimizes the formation of soot and dirt deposits, even under humid conditions. Extends vehicle life; - Offers excellent compatibility with seal materials, preventing swelling, hardening, and shrinkage, which leads to lower parts costs and prevents leaks; - Reduces friction pair noise and grinding; - Mixing the oil with other types of hydraulic and engine oils is not recommended. Mainly intended for agricultural machinery, but also suitable for off-road (construction, quarrying, mining) and special machinery (loaders, bulldozers, excavators, etc.) from European, American, and Asian manufacturers that operate under harsh conditions and where the level of the above specifications is required.
