MANNOL® - MN7125IBC - TS-25 FA-4 5W-30 1000L

Innovative, energy-saving, synthetic (PAO-based) low-viscosity engine oil developed for the latest generation of turbocharged diesel engines operating under tough conditions with ultra-low sulfur fuel (15 ppm or less) and equipped with exhaust aftertreatment systems: SCR, EGR and DPF. Provides engine protection in accordance with EPA 2010 and GHG 17. Developed to meet the requirements of Volvo and Daimler. Product properties: - Improves fuel economy (up to 0.5% compared to 10W-30 oils and up to 1.3% compared to 15W-40 oils) and extends oil change intervals due to increased shear stability and very low evaporation; - The unique synthetic base of highest quality with low viscosity, combined with a unique additive package and viscosity modifiers, promotes an increased viscosity index and provides excellent anti-friction, anti-wear and anti-seize properties that significantly extend machine life in all, even the most extreme, operating conditions over a fairly wide range of ambient temperatures and provide unique shear stability; - Synthetic base, special surfactants, and TBN boosters give the oil increased thermo-oxidative stability, excellent detergent and dispersant properties, while maintaining low ash content that effectively reduces carbon and paint formation, prevents deposit formation of all kinds, and keeps engine components, especially the cylinder-piston group, optimally clean throughout the entire change interval; - Due to the PAO-based base with reduced viscosity, the oil exhibits excellent low-temperature properties, including a low pour point for excellent oil pumpability and good engine component spin at low temperatures, easy "cold start" (down to -45°C) and reduced starting wear; - Effectively protects engine components from all types of corrosion; - Effective against shear force increase during operation caused by increased viscosity due to soot dispersion; - Maintains the efficiency of exhaust aftertreatment systems long-term, extends their service life and reduces the losses caused by clogging of diesel particulate filters (DPF). Designed for engines from 2021 and later installed in long-haul (road tractors, buses, etc.), off-road (construction, mining, agricultural machinery) and special vehicles of European, American and Asian manufacturers that meet Euro VI and EPA-10 requirements and require an API FA-4 performance level. Oils of this category are not interchangeable and not backward compatible with CK-4 category oils and their predecessors. Can be used in light diesel engines and those without diesel particulate filters (DPF).
