Octo Wood® posts are ideal for permanent fencing as they have a long durability. Octo Wood® posts are also ideal for temporary fencing as you can take the posts out of the ground and use them again year after year. The posts are impregnated with a chromium and arsenic-free Class A agent from the Nordic Wood Preservation Council, and are therefore approved for craftsmen. Octo posts meet penetration class P8, SS-EN 351-1 (full penetration to the core). Octo posts are pressure impregnated with at least 18 kg/m³. Octo Wood® posts are Swedish pine, harvested north of the 64th parallel. The age of the wood at felling is between 50-70 years. Octo Wood® posts have dense grain rings and very small knots, thus high breaking strength. The 8-sided Octo Wood® wooden post stands stable in the ground and it is easy to screw an insulator in one of the flat sides. The Octo Wood® 8-sided wooden post rests stably and securely on the pallets, without the risk of falling off.
