The Irtec 22218 is a genuine double effect pneumatic actuator designed for precise control of ball and butterfly valves. It features an internally and externally anodized extruded aluminum body for durability and corrosion resistance. The pinion and rack are constructed from special heat-treated steel, ensuring robust and reliable operation. Equipped with low friction bearings and stroke adjustment screws offering ±5° regulation. This actuator includes a Namur connection for solenoid valves and limit switches, and an ISO 5211 connection for direct valve mounting. It operates within a pressure range of 2-8 bar and an operating temperature of -20°C to +80°C.
