This switch controls the lowering function of the three-point hitch on the host tractor. It is mounted at the hitch control location and sends an electrical signal to the hydraulic valve that governs the descent of the lift arms. When the switch fails, the operator may lose the ability to lower the implement, or the hitch may respond intermittently.
