IMPORTANT NOTE! Before all work on electrical components, these must be de-energized. This means: First disconnect the ground cable (-) of the battery, then disconnect the positive cable (+). The alternator (generator) shaft must always be fixed with a suitable counter-holder (hexagon socket or multi-tooth) and the pulley nut tightened with a torque wrench (do not use an impact wrench). For some pulleys, it is necessary to add shims to properly press the bearing into its seat. Tightening torque: M16 x 1,5 95Nm +/- 5Nm. M27 x 1,5 152Nm +/- 17,5Nm
